I am a Successful Basic Contributor

I had my annual/semi-annual work assessment meeting this morning, and I am a Successful Basic Contributor. I was a "Successful Contributor" on most of the performance metrics, but overall was a "Basic Contributor" because nothing of my work "stood out" compared to my peers.

I'm fine with that.

All I wanted to know was that I was considered "successful" as far as being able to do what I'm supposed to do. I'm not all about the striving to become President. I'm happy with being able to do my menial tasks well/up-to-par.

Yay me.
