RUN: 8 1/3 miles, Wickham Park

Can't... believe... that I woke up this morning.

5 + 1 + 1 + 1 1/3 = 8 1/3 miles today -- the first 7 miles were with Paul, then I just had to go for extra credit.

Nothing woo really right now... just very very tired and sleepy... so shower then bed again.
