FOOD: Noodles and Dumplings, Irene-style

Last night, Irene made transparent noodles with shrimp and vegetables, topped with fragrant scallions, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime.
And today she prepared some gyoka (dumpings) filled with shrimp and vegetables with sauce made from ginger, scallions, cilantro, and soy sauce.
Both dishes were tasty and also good for us. Thank you Irene!
