Lawn Refurb #1 -- SOD!
I dug out two trash-bins' worth of dead lawn, added some bug treatment and water, then laid down the sod.

Lawn Refurb #2 -- Sprinkler Heads
I replaced three 4" sprinkler heads (that were buried under the lawn) with 6"-ers. It was actually more difficult than one would think.

And there's endless other sprinkler heads that need attention. Yowsers!
Kitchen Refurb -- Garbage Disposal (Pt. 2)
I got the plumber's putty and put it all together. It's done. It works. And I didn't electrocute myself.  :)
