Cedric's visit for the Army Ten Miler

Stitch & Sweetie Bear come visit Baltimore. Oh yeah, and Cedric is there too. They like the orange convertible.

First stop, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Conference. We learn about the ergonomics of writing instruments. First, it must be tasty.

Stitch says "Wake me when it's over."

Cedric sees an old Clemson classmate at the conference!

Cedric has special needs. Cindy does too. It's called lunch. We head to the Lebanese Taverna.

Hommos are on the menu?

We both have the Schwarma.

Afterwards, we go back to Cindy's house to play with the doggies. They are thrilled to see us!

They are happier when they get food.

And even happier when Cindy's friend Kathy comes over with her four kids.

After a brief tivo and Rummikub match, Cindy dominates!, we go to DC to go out for dinner and drinks with Dougie and John. Here's Dougie before...

And after! I'm an 8! Look how my skirt twirls!

We also see Zoe & Elmo again.

We head to Hank's Oyster Bar. Here we are with John.

John likes to slide salty things down his throat.

Cindy tries to grab the waiter's attention.

We feed on east coast and west coast oysters, mac & cheesy, green beans, fried oysters, shrimp and calamari.

Aww.

Afterwards we head to Halo where we unknowingly crash a HRC party and it's packed and looks like this...

The next morning, Nemo leads us into Pentagon City to get our race packets for the Army 10-miler.

We get some breakfast crepes.

Then pack up the guys and head back to Baltimore.

Saturday afternoon we kick back, watch some Tivo (Private Practice, Grey's, Pushing Daisies, DirtySexyMoney, The Office, ...) okay a lot of Tivo, and play some more Rummikub, where Cindy cedes her winning streak to Cedric who goes something like 5-0 against her. Booo. Eventually we call it quits and retire to our respective beds/couches to get in a nap.

Our Saturday night plans....Dinner with HOTFUZZ (Jimmy) and Dan. Jim prepares a tapas feast where each course is paired with wine.

(That wasn't Dan, that was Cindy #1) Also there were Miller and Scott, and Cindy #1 and her fiance Sean.

First off, a cheese that's been marinated for 36 hours.

Then some garlic shrimp.

Scott listens intently to each course Jim describes, but he's really thinking about the wine. Cindy is too.

Then a salad with an orange-pomegrante dressing and olives.

A bean soup. Yumm...

And slow-cooked pork.

And to end, a lemon tart with a dessert wine.

Kisses to the cook! Back off! He's mine! --Angelique

Cindy avoids hitting the mailbox. Wish Mom & Aunt Verona had done the same...

Time for a nap! And Uncle Cedric needs one too.

One last food stop before the airport: Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Yummmm....
