Late start tonight... went an hour extra at work then came home and put up the Golden Globes entry.
I was tired and hungry but ran anyway (I need miles!). I ran sans music but avec sweatshirt and a small bottle of water - it was surprisingly toasty for 8:30pm.
I ran the first mile in 8:18 then checked to see if Wal-Mart had the Atonement soundtrack (they didn't), then checked to see if the Wii was still available for play (it wasn't).
I then briefly stopped by PetSmart to browse dog treats and dog toys (next time) then continued on around the +stores and then over to the Avenue to tack on that extra mile (that area was bright and seemed so close). On the way back, I tried to count the number of signs around the roundabout, but I lost track after 25 (there's probably about 36... project for another day).
I took very short walk breaks during mile 2 and 3, so I was good for the last mile. I wanted to run faster but I felt my limit (belly-pudge-in-training swayin'). Anyways, I clocked the last mile at 7:34. So, I haven't dropped off the edge of the world with training. I'm still planning on running with my sister so that we can get our pictures with all of the characters (including the ones that are running!).
Anyways, here's tonight's sweaty ceddy obligatory kitchen pic:
And a picture of the fried rice I made for today's office lunch:
Now, it's time for dinner, shower, then bed... hopefully before midnight.
