JOURNAL: "Top 3@3 with Tony Banks"

I was running low on movie passes, so I called in and won again -- win #6.

I turn off my radio once I'm on the line with Tony because I don't like the way I sound on air, but today my officemate had his radio on, and I suffered through listening to my OMG-BAH! radio voice -- oh, how I cringed! Now, I"m questioning whether or not it was worth the embarassment.

Almost immediately afterwards, another co-worker sent me an email asking who I was going to take to the movies, to which I would usually employ the tactic of unknowingness and/or denial, but this strategy works better when I had identified myself as "Cedric from Melbourne" instead of "Cedric from (place-of-work)"... yeah, this is why I would NEVER call into Savage Love, or the like.

Anyways, about the email, my first feelings were of weirdness and anxiety until I realized "hey, she was listening too. she just didn't call in." I shouldn't've felt so self-conscious. I was reading up on MySQL all-throughout (i.e., actually working), so no [more] worries.
