Yesterday, after work I went to the Avenue to look at some sports insoles to help correct my over-pronation which I belive is the source of my knee pain. That pain was my reason (i.e. excuse) not to run last night. Anyways, they were going to cost me $30, which is fine, I guess, but I just wanted to be sure that they were what I wanted. I didn't buy them. I'm going to check out what Running Zone has today first. Anyways, while there, I went ahead and looked around at the other stores: World Market, Finish Line, Books-A-Million. I saw some Trading Spaces books on clearance for three dollars each; I wanted ALL OF THEM but resisted. Yeah, resisted. I recognized that I was tired and very hungry and probably not thinking properly... they'd just be kitsch. So yay for me. I did buy some pasta stuff at World Market for dinner and that kind of turned out to be a disappointment. I kept with my 10pm tv-shutoff rule but stayed on the computer way-too late last night... it'll have to be another thing I'll have to regulate. Oh well. One day at a time.
My patience and outlook have been so dynamic these past few weeks, and this blog should've probably be called dimoevda ("different mood everyday"). Anyways, pardon the "summary" blog while I try to regain sanity.
