RUN: 1 mile, 2x 1/2 mile, 2x 1/4 mile

Tonight, we ran at Wickham Park: 1 mile all out, 5 minutes recovery, 2x 1/2 mile @ 1/2 mile time minus 5 seconds, 2x 1/4 mile @ 1/2 1/2 mile time minus 5 seconds, then 2x 220 yds how ever way we can do them... I didn't get to the 220s.

I ran very uneven tonight... mind and body were tired and as discovered, I was very dehydrated again. Here were my times:
1 mile - 5:46
1/2 miles - 3:16, 3:31
1/4 miles - 1:16, 1:31

Misjudged the distance for the mile then started both of the 1/2 miles too quickly. With the 1/4 miles ran the first one solid with a major jolt from hearing Juan coming up behind me. I eased with the second 1/4, then skipped the 220s and took Michelle's advice on getting hydrated. I swear that I filled up at least 20 times.

I wasn't too social at the start of practice but opened up after getting some liquid in me. I do feel like during practice I am a bit of a serious drama queen. I tend to grunt when I run, much like those female tennis players... only probably not as hot. I feel like I'm still in the "ugly running" stage, but tonight I did feel like my body got a workout.

I'm going to bed before midnight tonight. I will pack when I get home tomorrow.
