RUN: ~5.6 miles @44:51, home <--> election place

Tonight, I ran from home to the Heritage Isle clubhouse where on Tuesday I voted. I started around 8pm, and it had already been dark for a couple hours. I ran in my Clemson orange shorts and my State Champion hooded sweatjacket. I carried water and took a Clif Shot (gel) about a mile into the run. I was also listening to music - my latest song list:
1. Bonnie Raitt - Not The Only One
2. Nelly Furtado - Try
3. Brandi Carlile - Fall Apart Again
4. The Fray - How To Save A Life
5. Obadiah Parker - Hey Ya
6. The Trouble With Sweeney - L.T.W.T.M.S.
7. Fiona Apple - O'Sailor
8. Jimmy Eat World - 23
9. Rogue Wave - Eyes
10. Junior Boys - In The Morning
11. Aimee Mann - What Ever Happened To Christmas

I calculated my pace to be 8-minute miles exactly amazingly. I was just taking it easy tonight... putting mileage in so I could increase my Sunday run to perhaps 15 or 16. My right need felt better since the ground was pretty even and very straight. I picked up speed for the last mile. Breathing was good... my mouth clamped on the Gel wrapper, I breathed hard through my nose. And by the end of it, I had a nice odd sweat pattern on my sweat shirt:

And that prompted me to go ahead and get my five loads of laundry through:

Anyways, I baked some cranberry stuffing stuffed pork chops, snow peas, and creamed corn. Here's your food porn:

And I'm thinking that the bandana's going to get a spot in my top 3 this week... they've been doing a great job keeping my hair looking professional:

Anyways, that's about for now... it's late late late, I promised someone that I'd relax. G'night.

A bandana makes the top 3 over me?!?

That is wack.

I won't know the rankings until after this weekend's race and Orlando excursion, but hey, good hair counts for a lot.
