Some notes:

• Halloween
  
• didn't want to pass out candy
  
• went out for a run instead
  
• (a LONG run)
  
• nice run in the dark and with audio (grammar girl)
  
• ran/walked by viera high school where there was a festival
  
• trick-or-treat, carnival games, bouncy tents
  
• christian rock band, classic car show, air force and local swat officers
  
• pretty cool
  
• right knee hurt quite a bit
  
• stopped a lot, felt heavy, a little dehydrated
  
• i'm out of shape
  
• chicken nuggets are SO good
