RUN: 2.9 miles @21:38, Home<-LL->WM+

Ran almost-three tonight, listening to the philosopher Dan Dennett's TEDTalk. Here are my splits (with pace):
    1.0 miles - 7:44 (7:44)
    1.9 miles - 14:44 (7:45)
    2.9 miles - 21:38 (7:29)

A slight chilly but just felt good after a the first mile's warm-up.

Here's tonight's pic:

Not a lot of news today, except that my favorite person at RaceTrac, Toni, was transfered to the Merritt Island location. Everyone at RaceTrac is very friendly, but I'm going to miss her.

Asides, work was good and pretty consuming today. I still have a speech and a performance review to prepare for. Tomorrow's voting day here in Florida, and I'm basically going to vote for Hillary for President, and 'No' to any bills or amendments on the ballot (because I think that the local government wants us to hang ourselves with this Homestead whatever-it-is).

Anyways, I'm having a "down" interval and treating it with beer and hopefully more sleep. We'll see. This weekend should be nicer.... quieter... less mobile.

I realize that lately I've been losing perspective. It's just going to be a matter of looking within and being content.

(Every day can't be exciting.)
