Tonight, I went out for a run after work and after getting my second free cup of coffee from Starbucks. Election news was starting to trickle in, but not enough to warrant the obsessive energy I would like to expend. So I went out for a short exercise -- to WM and back (anyways, I needed more coffee bags).
I ran in the bright green shorts, light-weight orange running shirt, and took music (iPod: 25 Most Played). I started off at a brisk pace and felt really good taking the corners quick. My body was great for the run, but I also had the "dehydrated-because-of-the-coffee-I-just-drank" feeling. My legs/feet felt more than fine. I just need to better tone my torso.
