GYM: Case of the Mondays Volleyball

Yeah, I pretty much sucked tonight. It was raining and lightning-ing, so I drove over -- found a consistent 15 people on the court, including the return of CBJ after a couple weeks' absence (graduation). Also there were a couple familiar amateurs and the some returning newbies. Maybe it was the mix and/or order of the teams, but something was just off. I couldn't dig, set, or spike tonight. I was nursing a bruise on my outer left thigh from last Wednesday -- and landed on it again -- but that isn't an excuse. Maybe it was a major case of the Mondays.

*shrug* it was a really off day. Everyone felt it though, so I didn't feel as bad as I would've otherwise.

At work, I gave my simple design review, and I think that I did a great job with it -- spirited, confident, and efficient. The work day went by quickly.

That's about it. I don't think I'm going to get anything else accomplished tonight... just a shower then off to bed.
