JOURNAL: The Plan

Today, I'm heading back to Orlando, back to Epcot's Food & Wine Festival, where I'll be attending three -- count them three -- culinary demonstrations:

  • 1:00pm-2:00pm Chef Bob Waggoner, Charleston Grill, Charleston, SC
  • 2:45pm-3:45pm Chef Pascal Oudin, Pascal's on Ponce, Coral Gables, FL
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm Chef Dominique Macquet, Le Crepe Nanou, New Orleans, LA

    Then on Monday, I'm heading out-of-state for work, getting back on Wednesday -- short trip. It should be good, and I'm looking forward to the change of environment.
