RUN: 4 miles@??:??, Nottingham Square Loop, MD

While Cindy went back to work, I walked the doggies then went for a run of my own. I ran towards Perry Hall but then turned to make a loop around the perimeter. The route was asphalt, grass, and concrete. It was cold but not too cold, and at least it wasn't raining. I ran in my long wind pants and my state champion sweatshirt hoodie sans music and watch. I stretched before and after but still felt a strain in my right glut (boo). And I ran an easy-going pace... again, just happy to be out there, though next time I'm going to see about extending the course by at least a half-mile.

The doggies were really tired and once I put them on the couch stayed there the entire day until Mama got home.
