[Hybrid]Alright, this was my first time back to the Wednesday Eau Gallie Fun Run with my coworker. I said that we'd do a hill workout, so we did. I charged up the causeway, walked a couple of light-posts then jogged down the other side. We did three sets of out-and-backs (6 charges). We found out that we were more limited by our lung capacity than we were by our legs.
